Good..
Good, but there are problems - mainly the text. Embed the characters that are going to be used (pretty much the alphabet, numbers and symbols) then the anti-aliasing will actually work.
Also make the Customization more user friendly =P

Happy Denvish Day!
Great game, I just can't believe you made a game for Denvish day :D Would it be possible at all for you to add a Denvish Day thing on the front page (underneath the Christmas one)? That would be truly awesome.
I guess this was the new Flash taht you talked about in the recent interview, well it owns. Great idea and well pulled off.
Makes me wish I had actually made a Flash for this.. but oh well, as I said before. Awesome work Tom.
We're getting a collection again right? How about a "NG BBS Flash Forum User Day" section, where you can place any of these that will be coming up in the near future (as well as Denvish and Inglor days).
Now that I think about it, I hope the whole user day thing doesn't catch on in the other forums.. that would ruin it.

Pissed off = me
I made a 1337 translator about a fortnight ago, I didn't submit it to NG because I didn't think it a worthy submission.. I have about 50 experiments in my Flash forum that are better than this, maybe I'll just have to submit them >: (
Learn AS yourself first
That really was shoddy, are you sure you even know what AS you are coding in? The scripts were copy and pasted from other tutorials and therefore they sucked, also the presentation was terrible too. In the variables section, you didn't even consider PROPER variables. For example:
var myName:String = "Liam";
var myAge:Number = 15;
etc.
My dog could make a better tutorial.
Well bravo to your dog.
Really bad.
Really.
First off, for the drag n' drop (dress up game) all you need is:
on(press){
startDrag("");
}
Rather than the on(press) you did, which was stupid (an instance name in quotes? What the fuck?). Also for the movement this is a lot simpler:
onClipEvent(enterFrame){
Key.isDown(Key.LEFT) ? _x-=3 : 0
Key.isDown(Key.RIGHT) ? _x+=3 : 0
Key.isDown(Key.UP) ? _y-=3 : 0
Key.isDown(Key.DOWN) ? _y+=3 : 0
}
Isn't it?
Plus, I HIGHLY doubt you wrote that 3D code yourself (why would one section of the tutorial be great AS and the rest utter shite?) so why did you include it?
Horrible layout, worse actionscripting..
Good
Great game, but it doesn't deserve front page.. if you weren't an affiliate it wouldn't have got it >:) Great fun to play though, cool physics and nicely made.
Congrats, keep it up Glaiel =)
Nice
First off, Wang-a-matic (previous review) is just completly inane. Of course the ball will land in different places all the time, thats physics for you! Try and do this sort of thing in real life and the same sort of thing would happen, the ball will move randomly.
Anyway, awesome game.. nicely made and well actionscripted. One thing, please don't make a 3rd just to improve yourbatting average Glaiel.. this game (like I said) is good, but it's starting to get boring.
Good luck, and congrats on daily feature, front page, etc.
Oh and please make a previous arrow for the ball colour/theme.
Yea, I wont make a 3rd for a long time. The game is just too tedious for me to make. Original levels each game gets really difficult.
Hmm..
First off, I love the concept. It's a really good idea, but it was badly exectued. Mainly the scripting, it was very basic stuff and it just didn't play rightly.
It seems like you have used 12fps, though I'm guessing you used something like 24, because of how badly the game responded to key presses. You should have used a function to get key pressed and set the function to run every 10 milliseconds, rather than using onClipEvent(enterFrame), because that is less responsive. I may be wrong, but I'm sure that would make it better.
Excellent work
Finally, a completed version (well despite the fact you didn't reach your quota of 100 levels) for me to play. Excellent game, awesome gameplay, adequate graphics. I think it may have been better with a larger screen size, 800x600 maybe..
Anyway, excellent game and congratulations on the front page, it's well deserving.

Ya, but if there were 100 levels, who would reach the end? 70 levels makes it still have like 2.5 hours or more of gameplay.
Awesome game ^^
Great game, very well made. I completed it and was a little disappointed with the final boss (I wanted a huge ass battle with 1000s of troops!!!) but it was still very fun and challenging, the demon was a bitch to kill but I did it after about 5 goes.
There were a few buggy parts that made me restart the level (it happened twice) where the soldiers got stuck in the same spot as the archers and couldn't kill them nor be killed, but I can't think of how you could possibly fix that and it's not too bad.
Excellent gamplay, it was a very fun timewaster and I was very impressed with it in all aspects. It had excellent graphics and animation too.
I hope you make a second BFG sometime and make it a bit more challenging and have huge battles, because that's where the fun is.. such as the beggining battles but with better soldiers, versus dragons and sorcerers.
Good luck, good game, thanks :)
